Be clear-eyed about that.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe glucosamine trials almost all use 1,500 mg a day. This has 200 mg. MSM studies typically run 3–6 g a day. This has 300 mg. Boswellia research tends to sit at 100–250 mg of boswellic acids; at about 65 mg, this one is under the bottom of that range. If you have picked one of these ingredients to take seriously at a research dose, buy that ingredient on its own — it will cost less and deliver more.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe panel says “Turmeric”, not a standardised curcumin extract, and no standardisation is stated. So we cannot tell you the curcumin content, and we are not going to guess it.
