Shipping policy

Where we ship. United States only, including PO boxes. We do not currently ship internationally.

What it costs. Nothing. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. The cost is built into our prices rather than added at checkout.

Duties and customs. All duties and import charges are prepaid by us. You will never be asked to pay customs charges to receive your order.

Processing time. Orders are packed within one to two business days. Orders placed after 2pm Eastern on a Friday begin processing the following Monday.

Delivery time. Five to ten business days after dispatch. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your parcel leaves.

Holiday orders. Carrier networks slow considerably from late November. We publish Christmas delivery cut-off dates in November and recommend ordering before them.

If your parcel is late. If tracking has not updated in seven business days, contact us and we will open an enquiry with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we replace it or refund it in full - your choice.

Wrong address. We can amend an address before dispatch. Once a parcel has shipped we cannot redirect it. Orders returned to us as undeliverable are refunded in full, though they take time to come back.
