How to take it

• Take it with a cool drink rather than a hot one. Live cultures do not survive heat
• If you are on antibiotics, space the two a few hours apart
• Herbal antifungal blends commonly contain berberine, which interacts with several prescription medicines. Check the panel
• Not for anyone who is immunocompromised — live cultures are not a good idea there — or pregnant, without asking a doctor first
