Osterly Market Pure Cranberry Concentrate
Concentrated cranberry. Nothing added.
Cranberry concentrate in a capsule, with no sugar, no juice, and no second ingredient.
What it's for
Cranberry is taken for urinary tract comfort. The mechanism is real and specific: proanthocyanidins in cranberry make it harder for certain bacteria to stick to the bladder wall. The trial evidence is mixed. It is taken as part of a daily urinary-tract routine; anything recurring is a conversation for a doctor, not a capsule.
How to take it
- One capsule daily with water
- Drink plenty of water alongside it — that part matters as much as the capsule
- An active infection needs a doctor and usually antibiotics
- Cranberry can interact with warfarin; check first if you take it
On the label
- Single-ingredient cranberry concentrate
- 60 capsules
- No added sugar
What this is not
- Not juice
- Not a UTI treatment — see a doctor for that
- Not always in stock: this is a small supplier
