What it's for

How to take it

• One softgel daily with the largest meal of the day
• Food is not optional for this one — absorption drops a lot without it
• If you do not know your vitamin D level, a blood test tells you more than any label can
• The adult tolerable upper intake level is 4000 IU a day. Check the dose on the panel against that before taking it long term
• K2 interacts with warfarin. Talk to your prescriber before taking it
