The straight answer
Enzymes are measured in activity units — HUT, DU, FIP — not weight. A label that gives you only milligrams has told you how heavy the powder is, not what it does.
On the label: the bottle itself reads "Clinically Proven Works in Hours" and "Digests the 'Hard 5' Foods". We are not repeating those, because we have not seen the trial that would support them. The enzymes and their activity units are real; that sentence on the front is the manufacturer's, not ours.
